由适当成分的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料和少量石灰石、适量石膏共同磨细制成的,具有早期强度高的水硬性胶凝材料,代号 R · SAC 执行标准: GB 20472-2006

一、产品用途

  该水泥是我公司与上海水泥有限公司联合研制开发的一个特种水泥新品种。其特性是早期强度高、微膨胀、干缩小。适用于突击抢修、快速施工的紧急工程和冬季负温施工、地质固井、喷锚支护等特殊工程;用于隧道、地铁、公路、桥梁、港口、机场等混凝土建筑物的加固修补;配制收缩补偿混凝土、抗硫酸盐侵蚀混凝土;用于基础预埋孔灌浆,构件拼装等。

二、技术要求
   执行标准 :Q/XBN04-1999 《特快硬微膨胀硫铝酸盐水泥》。
   等级:特硬 -42 。
   细度:比表面积大于 450m 2 /kg , 0.08mm 筛筛余不超过 10% 。
   凝结时间:初凝不得早于 5min ,终凝不得迟于 40min 。
   各龄期强度不低于下表数值:

  自由膨胀率: 1:0.5 灰砂化, 28 天自由膨胀率 0.00% ~ 0.15% 。
三、包装与贮存
  采用防潮包装袋,每袋净重 50kg ,且不得少于标志质量的 98% ,随机抽取 20 袋,总质量不得少于 1000kg 。其他包装形式由供需双方协商确定。在运输和贮存时不得受潮和混入杂物,不同种类的产品应分别堆放,不得混杂。储存期为三个月,过期应重新进行强度检验。
四、注意事项
  1 )该水泥凝结快,配制砂浆或混凝土时,应在推动塑性前用完,每批拌和数量要适量,随拌随用,搅拌地点要昼靠近浇注现场,操作要快;
  2 )如非突击性工程需要处长操作时间和改善混凝土或砂浆的流动性,可掺加减水剂或缓凝剂。常用减水剂有 SN-11 ,木质素磺酸钙等,常用缓凝剂有酒石酸(钾、钠)、柠檬酸等,其掺量由试验确定;
  3 )该水泥水灰比调幅较宽,当水灰比高时虽仍能固化,但将影响凝固时间、强度和微膨胀性能,因此应根据工程具体情况确定合适的水灰比;
  4 )出于硫铝酸盐矿物水化速度快,加水后立即生产新的水化产物,在混凝土和砂浆拌和时,必须一次加水完毕,切忌中途二次加水;
  5 )该水泥加水拌和后粘度较大,施工时须用机械振捣密实,防止出现蜂窝和孔洞;
  6 )由该水泥浇注的混凝土制品,应加强养护,浇注完毕后要立即覆盖润湿的草包之类吸水材料,保持外表湿润,养护 24 小时,即使已经启用,在 1 ~ 3 天内仍需继续保潮养护,防止烈日暴晒;
  7 )严禁与硅酸盐水泥或其他品种水泥混合使用,不得与尚未硬化的硅酸盐水泥接触使用,但可以与已经硬化的硅酸盐水泥混凝土接触使用。

Extra-rapid-hardening micro expansive aluminate sulfate cement

USAGES This cement is a new special brand jointly developed by our company and Shanghai Cement Co.,Ltd it has the feature of early high strength, micro expansive, small dry contraction, is fit for use in rush repairs, urgent construction and projects, winter construction below zero centigrade, Geological well-fixing, jet and anchoring and so on; also is used in the concrete fixing and repairs of such buildings as tunnels, subways, highways, bridges, harbors and airports; the preparation of contraction and compensatory concrete, anti-sulph ate erosion concrete; is used in basic built-in holes grouting, component build up, etc.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
Executive standards : Q/XBN04-1999 extra-rapid-hardening micro expansive aluminate sulfate cement
Grade: extra-hard-42
Fineness: specific surface area 450m 2 /kg, 0.08mm sieve, the sieve residue not more than 10%.
Coagulation time: the initial coagulation time is not less than 5min, the final coagulation time is not more than 40min.
The age strength is not less than the values in the following table:

Free expansive rate: 1:0.5 lime and sand , 28d free expansive rate 0.00 % ~ 0.15%.

 

PACKAGING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

The cement is packed damp proof packages. The net weight of each is 50kg ; and not less than 98% of the signed weight. the total weight of 20 packages of random checking is no less than 1000kg . Other forms of packaging are to be decided by the supply and requisitioning parties . In transport and storage special attention should be paid to guard against dampness and not to be mixed with other miscellaneous articles.The period of storage cannot be more than 3 months. If the time limit is exceeded, or is dampened and caked, it can be used only after being rechecked to see that it is qualified.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

1) The cement can set quickly, when preparing mortar or concrete, use it up before it loses elasticity, the amount of each batch should be moderate,the mixing site should be as close to the pouring site as possible, the operation should be fast;
2) In non-urgent projects requiring prolonging operation time and improve concrete or mortar liquidity, water-reducing agent or retarding agent can be mixed into it.The commonly used water-reducing agent includes SN-11 , lignin calcium sulphonic acid, etc. The commonly used retarding agent includes tartaric acid (potassium , sodium), citric acid , the amount of mixture can be determined by test;
3) The range of water-lime ratio of this cement is wide, when the ratio is high, coagulation time , strength and micro expansive performance will be affected ,therefore suitable ratio of water and lime should be decided according to the specific condition of the project;
4) Aluminate sulfate reacts with water quickly , when concrete mixing with mortar,water must be put into it once , and additional adding of water is not allowed;
5) The cement when being mixed with water , has strong viscosity, must be vibrated mechanically to avoid honeycombs and holes;
6) Concretes poured by this cement should be cured carefully , after pouring ,immediately cover it with water-sucking materials such as damp straw bags to keep its surface damp,and curing for 24 hours. Even already in operation, it still needs damp maintaining in 1-3 days,and preventing from insolation of the sun.
7) Not allowed to be used with silicate cement or other brands of cement, can not be used with unhardened silicate cement but can be used with hardened silicate cement concrete;
