比利时金融家Albert Frere控股的公司，布塞尔Lambert集团 (GBLB.BT)近日宣布，拥有法国水泥制造商拉法基公司20.04％的股权和24.6％的投票权。

Lambert (GBLB.BT), today announced 20.04% ownership of French cement maker
Lafarge SA (12053.FR) and a total of 24.6% voting rights.
GBL said that it isn’t acting in concert with other shareholders and that it
doesn‘t intend to take over the company, according to the filing. Also, the
Belgian group told the AMF it won’t seek to appoint more board members
than the three it has already appointed.
Lafarge has declined to comment relating to GBL’s shareholding.
