U.S. Concrete Completes Share Repurchase Program
(HOUSTON, Texas) -- U.S. Concrete, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMIX) announced today that,
through a block trade transaction executed today, it has completed its previously
announced 3 million share repurchase program authorized by its Board of Directors
in January of 2008.The Company purchased 3 million shares at an average price
of $2.09 per share, which it intends to retire.
Commenting on the announcement, Michael W. Harlan, U.S. Concrete’s President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "U.S. Concrete’s management
