APA新闻报道援引Strabag发言人的话，奥地利建筑集团Bauholding Strabag近日说，匈牙利竞争监管机构裁决，为了使Strabag收购墨西哥水泥控股公司CEMEX的匈牙利单元，CEMEX将不得不出售在该国的一个水泥厂。
反垄断管理机构估计，该交易生效后Strabag和CEMEX将控制匈牙利北部Salgotarjan 90％的水泥市场。
奥地利监管机构也正在对Strabag收购CEMEX的奥地利单位进行分析。

Regulator conditions Strabag’s acquisition of Cemex Hungary
Austrian construction group Bauholding Strabag SE said today that the Hungarian competition regulator ruled that in order for Strabag to acquire the Hungarian unit of Mexican holding company Cemex (MXK:CEMEXCPO) it would have to sell one Cemex factory in the country, APA News reported quoting a Strabag spokeswoman.
The antitrust regulator estimated that following the transaction Strabag and Cemex would control 90% of the sector market in Salgotarjan, northern Hungary.
Strabag's acquisition of Cemex's Austrian unit is also being analysed by Austrian regulators.
