上海，2008年1月30日- 巴斯夫化学建材最近向位于上海新天地的礼兴酒店建设项目供应高性能混凝土外加剂产品GLENIUM® SP8CR。巴斯夫与礼兴酒店的合作，标志着C80高强度混凝土首次在上海大批量使用，也是首度把C80混凝土泵送到百米之上。
该外加剂的应用，使得礼兴酒店在建设中成功使用了C80高强度混凝土。该混凝土的优点是具有超高的强度和品质，帮助倍受期待的礼兴酒店项目提高建筑的耐久性和结构的牢固度。满足酒店的紧凑型设计，营造更多的使用空间。

酒店从4楼到22楼的顶柱使用了添加有巴斯夫GLENIUM® SP8CR外加剂产品的C80混凝土。这种高性能外加剂，从原材料选择到混合比设计，都能优化C80混凝土的参数，最终确保C80混凝土稳定的工作性及泵送黏度。此项目中C80混凝土的总用量估计为5000立方米，是C80混凝土首次在上海的大批量使用。

BASF supplies high-performance admixture for new luxury hotel in Shanghai
- GLENIUM® SP8CR supports the use of C80 high-strength concrete

Shanghai, China - January 30, 2008 – BASF’s Construction Chemicals Business has been commissioned as the supplier of GLENIUM® SP8CR, a high-performance admixture, to facilitate the concrete construction process for the upcoming luxury Li Xing Hotel in Shanghai’s Xin Tian Di landmark. It also supports the high-rise pumping of C80 concrete up 100 meters, which is of an unprecedented scale in the city.
Application of this admixture has enabled the use of C80, a high-grade concrete noted for its robust qualities, to provide for a longer building lifespan; a sturdier and more durable structure, leaner design structure with wider floor space in this much-anticipated project.

‘Located in Shanghai’s trendy Xin Tian Di neighbourhood, the 99-meter-high, 24-story Li Xing Hotel is anticipated to be one of the most expensive hotels in China’s financial hub. Managed by the luxury hotel group Jumeirah famous for the seven-star Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, Li Xing is expected to redefine the luxury hotel standard in China when opened in the second half of 2008.
The columns of the hotel’s fourth to 22nd floors were cast with C80 concrete using BASF’s GLENIUM® SP8CR. This high-performance admixture was able to optimize the parameters of the C80 concrete, from the selection of suitable raw materials to the right mix design. It ultimately resulted in C80 concrete with stable workability and the right viscosity required for pumping. The total volume of the C80 concrete used in this project is estimated at about 5,000 cubic meters, representing the first large scale pumping of C80 concrete in Shanghai.
Currently in the construction sector, C80 represents one of the highest-grade concrete available for commercial use. By virtue of its superior strength, it allows for leaner design structures with smaller and fewer columns, thus providing more useable floor area. It also helps ensure a building structure of a higher durability. Due to the dramatic rise in China property prices, high-strength concrete has become increasingly popular with developers and designers alike, as it can optimise floor space while ensuring a longer building lifespan.
